The Small Print

Referral Conditions

The trainer and trainer's client members must complete the trial period offered by HeyHorse and purchase a yearly subscription to HeyHorse.

Payout Process

Verification: HeyHorse will verify that the trainer and the required number of referred members have met the referral program's conditions.

Payout Timing: Referral fees will be processed and paid out within 15 days of verifying the subscription commitment of the referred members.

Payment Method: Referral fees will be paid using Venmo or Zelle.

Additional Terms

New Referrals Only: Referral fees are applicable only to new trainers and members who have not previously used HeyHorse.

Non-Transferable: Referral fees are non-transferable and can only be claimed by the referring person.

Compliance: All referral program participants must comply with HeyHorse's referral policies and guidelines. Any fraudulent activity or violation of terms will result in disqualification from the referral program and forfeiture of referral fees.

Eligible Referrals: To qualify for a referral fee, the referring person must provide HeyHorse with the prospective trainer name before they start the trial period. Referrals must be sent to the HeyHorse team via the form on this page, or by emailing support@heyhorse.co.

Duplicate Referrals: If multiple people refer the same prospective member, only the first person to provide HeyHorse with the referral details will be eligible for the referral fee.

Program Changes: HeyHorse reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program anytime. Program participants will be notified of any changes to the referral program in advance.
